Once the car reaches a 45 degree tilt, keep going, But don't make use of the road anymore. I would love to rip out my own tonsils at this point: I have been sick for two and a half weeks, and nothing seems to be helping.  My scratchy throat feels like insanity, and my tonsils look like golf balls stuck under the skin in my neck.  And they're white. Lovely visual, no? Anyway, I just wanted to change my journal from "happy new year," as it clearly is nowhere near the new year anymore, and my illness is the only thing I have to bitch about at the moment.  woo.  On the bright side of things, they prescribe me vicodin...too bad it doesn't make my throat feel as good as my head does.

Thank you everyone who has commented, faved or added my poetry to your collections! Sorry that I can't thank you all individually, but it is finals week and I am sooooo busy!  But I do appreciate the support, so thank you! Other junk... So, I'm being nice and giving you a little heads up.  I've been playing around with hidden (and some, not-so-hidden) messages in my poetry, so keep an eye open and tell me what you think!  Is it worth the effort?  Feedback is much appreciated!
